A Quickie: The Summertime Poem 7

The days are hot,

The bugs they bite,

The ass of my tankini is way too tight.

Sunscreen’s greasy,

My flowers nuked,

The minivan’s backseat smells of puke.

TVs in reruns,

My feet they stink,

Macaroni salad is clogging my sink.

Despite all the yuck,

I still love summer.

Cuz stuffing kids into snowsuits

Is such a mammoth bummer.

This poem is brilliant! Not only is the ass too tight on mine, but the arm pit fat flows over the top of it…

So very clever. We do not live in the land of snow suits — but I LOVE summer. It takes me till about September 30 till I’m finally done with hot. Enjoy it and all it’s short comings.
